Blowing In The Wind – Lake View Apartments, Tagaytay

By confirming a reservation with Blowing In The Wind – Lake View Apartments, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

1. Check-In & Arrival

Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Please inform us of your expected time of arrival.
Late check-in requests must be communicated by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. Failure to notify us may result in a ‘No-Show’ charge, and the unit may be released without refund.

2. Check-In Requirements

To ensure a smooth check-in, guests must:

Present a copy of the booking confirmation.
Ensure the name and address on the booking matches the name and billing address on the credit/debit card used.
Provide a valid government-issued photo ID. This ID will be held securely by property management for the duration of your stay. We recommend using an ID that you do not need during your visit.

Failure to present a valid government-issued photo ID will result in denial of entry and loss of all fees paid.

3. Occupancy & Guest Policy

Only the guests listed on the booking form are permitted to stay overnight.
Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed without prior written approval.
The apartment may only accommodate the number of guests (adults, children, infants) specified at the time of booking.
Additional guests without notice may result in extra charges or denied entry.

4. Security, Conduct & Property Rules

All guests are required to sign a copy of our Visitor Terms & Conditions upon check-in.
This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking anywhere inside the building or the apartment is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
Any damage to the apartment or furnishings will be charged to the guest’s account.

Please respect the residential nature of the building and keep noise to a minimum.

5. Access & Surveillance

CCTV is in operation in public areas for your safety.
We reserve the right to enter the unit at any time for purposes of maintenance, security, safety, or inspection.
We also reserve the right to require guests to vacate the property without refund for any breach of these terms, unsafe or offensive conduct, or at our sole discretion for the safety and comfort of other guests and residents.

6. Facilities & Environment

The property is located in a residential area — occasional noise from the road or neighboring units may occur.
Facilities such as the swimming pool, elevators, sports areas, and cleaning of common spaces are managed by the building administration, not by us. Use of these amenities is subject to their terms and may incur additional charges payable to the building’s Property Management Office.
Internet speed and stability are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.
Please dispose of all food waste properly, as improper disposal may attract insects.

7. Departure & Check-Out

On your scheduled departure, please contact us at least 30 minutes before check-out so we can inspect the apartment.
Please ensure you have collected all personal belongings. We are not responsible for items left behind after departure.

8. Payment, Cancellation & Charges

Bookings are subject to the cancellation and deposit policy shown on the website and your booking confirmation.
By booking with us, you authorize charges to be made to your credit or debit card at any time and confirm that you have sufficient funds available to cover the full cost of the reservation.

9. Legal Disclaimer

We are not liable for delays, interruptions in service, or unavailability of building-managed facilities.
We accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage sustained during your stay, unless directly caused by our proven negligence.
